I build the bridge between art and technology. With nearly two decades in games and digital, I work as a Tech Artist optimizing real-time pipelines in Unity, and as an Art Production Manager leading warm, collaborative teams.
I've guided 200+ artists and 30 Feedback Managers across 9 countries, designing feedback built on clear visuals and mutual respect — sharing knowledge so the whole team grows, not just the work. I taught 3ds Max for years, and mentoring is still my favourite part of any project.
Outside client work, I've spent 11+ years nurturing Geekcats — my own cartoon IP that grew into the mobile games Cat Match and Back to Home. It's where my love of playful, cute, human design lives. Based in Málaga; happiest on fully-remote, international teams.

~2x throughput on tech-art deliverables and ~120 hours saved per month, with a re-runnable measurement method behind every number. Authored the Tech Art AI impact report and a successor guide for running the team, and lead Unity module rebuilds and process improvements driven by production feedback.
Creators3D / Hexa3D · Jul 2020 – Sep 2022
Rework cycles dropped significantly as artists internalized the quality language. Assets reached final approval faster, and the team's shared visual vocabulary became a competitive advantage for Hexa3D's Amazon AR pipeline — scalable across hundreds of artists without sacrificing consistency.
GeekCats · Jun 2009 – Sep 2017
Built a brand with 100,000+ Facebook fans, a Top Blog award (2010), and an active merchandise line. The original characters were later adapted into two mobile games (Cat Match and Back to Home), proving the long-term viability of the IP.

Introduced AI-assisted workflows measured at ~2x throughput and ~120 hours saved per month, backed by 17 Claude agent skills and 17 Unity Editor tools connected via MCP.
